Aparito were invited to take part in a webinar that focused on remote patient monitoring run by the Health Innovation Network and were one of the featured pitches from five digital health SMEs to an audience of NHS commissioners, leaders and clinicians.

Dr Christian Subbe – Senior Clinical Lecturer in Acute & Critical Care Medicine at Bangor University and Consultant Physician at Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board (BCUHB) presented on behalf of Aparito. Dr Subbe explained how he is collaborating with Aparito on a ‘virtual hub’ in North Wales for two groups of patients – one group who are undergoing treatment for cancer and are shielding and a second group who have Covid.

Health Innovation Network is the Academic Health Science Network (AHSN), one of 15 AHSNs across England. They are established to connect NHS and academic organisations, local authorities, the third sector and industry, in order to increase the spread and adoption of innovation across large populations, at pace and scale.
